What We Train: Core, Arms, Chest, Back, Glutes, Legs, Cardio, Mini Yoga

Session Structure: 5 min warm-up | 30 min full-body workout (new variations daily) | 5 min cool-down, stretch & breath work
Intensity: Moderate to intense | Rest as needed
What You’ll Need: Yoga Mat | Weights (both optional)
Guidelines: Camera ON | Mic OFF | Be punctual, consistent, and respectful | No negativity | Interaction after the class
